天地之间,气象万千,砺砥前行,学海无涯,艺无止境。
二十多年的好友相邀看看南太平洋的阳光 海浪 沙滩,美好才能引起心底的共鸣。
澳洲我来了,感谢主办单位澳大利亚创意亚洲基金会 Creative Asia Foundation和承办单位 Le Grange Gallery Victoria 维州格致艺术馆和Victoria State Government 维多利亚州政府和澳大利亚江门总商会的支持,感谢国内各机构单位和朋友们的大力支持。让我们相聚在墨尔本,把这次跨国界的展览活动当做一次盛宴,一次艺术家一睹异样风土人情的盛宴,澳洲自然和文明的盛宴,观众一睹跨国界高端艺术的盛宴,同一个地球、同一个时代、同一个愿望,不同的历史、不同的人文、不同的表达。艺术是自然元素的再组合,是对生活的再创作,允许不同形式的表达,允许情感的极端倾诉。正是有这样的各异,大千世界才异彩纷呈,在历史的长河中,美好才能引起心底的共鸣。
一念起,天漄咫尺,艺海无漄,彼岸迢迢,太多的人,太多的关爱,一生都将铭记在心!
我们争不过岁月,也跑不过时间,唯有放慢脚步,让灵魂跟上,看看日出日落。知足心安;未来,随心随缘!
融合

寻美好的刹那。这些都是艺术家对自然的礼赞
在全球化语境中,艺术更以超越的激情在力求突破媒介、材质边界的同时,也不断跨越国界、域界,使不同文化特质与风格的艺术有了更广泛的对话、交流与融合的机遇。不同国别与不同文化区域的艺术在共存、互动与交融中,使得世界的文化艺术景观更加丰富多彩。这个《跨越 融合 对视》就是以来自中国四川三位当代油画家带着他们的力作走出国门,来到澳洲写生与创作、把自己的作品与观众进行对话交流,以期在对话交流中,共同分享艺术给人带来的美的惠泽,体味不同文化语境中艺术的美学意蕴与艺术趣味。
《跨越 融合 对视》邀请中国,特别是在中国西南地区十分活跃的具有代表性的艺术家王建军 荣志彬 李友昌老师参加此次活动。这些参展艺术家以壮年为主,他们有不同的生活背景、人生经历和求知学艺的过程,艺术风格与艺术意蕴也各不相同,但是他们都以虔诚的态度与真挚的情感和生动的画笔表达他们对自然、生命、现实的感悟与体验。他们的作品来到遥远的澳洲墨尔本交流展出,可让更多不同文化背景的观众感受中国当代油画的独特风貌与魅力。
地处中国西南内陆的四川不仅有独特的自然景观和悠久的历史以及丰富多样的文化传统与资源,而且在中国当代艺术的格局中,也具有举足轻重的地位。以架上油画为代表的四川当代艺术十分活跃,一批艺术家不仅在本土,而且在整个中国,乃至国际画坛都有较高的声誉与影响力。忽略了四川的当代油画,难以把握整个中国当代艺术的面貌。
王建军 荣志彬 李友昌三位艺术家的绘画语言风格,是一种独特的精神与风味体现。澳洲的自然人文、山川的绮丽多姿,丰富多样的人文景观,给予了三位艺术家取之不尽的创作素材和延绵不绝的艺术灵性,三位艺术家用身心去拥抱自然,感悟独特的异域风土人情,用充满激情的画笔尽情地抒写对山川、自然生命独特的体验与感悟。他们的作品里淋漓尽致地呈现出来,因地域独特的资源以及这种资源的陶养,使他们文化身份也得到了强化,我期待他们在澳洲行的大作。
这个展览是来自中国四川的三位艺术家与澳洲观众的一次视觉文化对话与交流。中国与澳洲虽然相隔遥远,但是我们相信,在这场对话与交流中,彼此一定能对生命、对自然、对美、对时间与空间的感悟与体验获得更多的共鸣。祝三位艺术家展览成功!
Rong Zhibin, born on April 1, 1967, in Rongxian County, Sichuan Province, China, was admitted to the Attached Middle School of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1983. In September 1987, he was admitted to the Oil Painting Department of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. In 1991, he started working at the Sichuan Rongxian Cultural Center. He is a member of the China Artists Association, a member of the Oil Painting Art Committee of Sichuan Artists Association, Executive President of Sichuan New Oil Painting Institute, and a director of the Sichuan Oil Painting Society. From 2006 to 2010, he was employed as an associate professor and director of the Department of Modeling at Chengdu Academy of Fine Arts, Sichuan University of Science & Engineering. Currently, he is the director of the Western Painting Teaching and Research Office at the College of Fine Arts, Leshan Normal University.

The Body Is Just a Flourishing Metaphor

He was the student with the highest score in his major when he was admitted to Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1987. After his talent and skill were recognized in the field, various desires came one after another: Transforming forms, creating textures, exploring tastes, pursuing styles, worshiping doctrines... Amidst the golden years of the most liberating and esteemed academic era, he experienced gilding; In the enchanting and avant-garde experiments, he encountered turbulence. Miraculously, Rong Zhibin remained steadfast, unmoved, and responded with a smile. He adhered to the internal coherence of the realistic system, like a sweeping monk who fished for beauty alone.
With his own dipper, he reflects upon the world.
Women are the fulcrum of his reflections, the echo chamber of aesthetics.
The female body is sufficient to contain all human aesthetic imaginations, and it repeatedly ignites the artistic sparks within Rong Zhibin.
"The protagonist of Rong Zhibin's works is the young girl, yet this is only the occurrence of art. Merely reveling in the superficial aspects will lead to a significant misinterpretation.
The young girl is like a pure land, art like a solitary cloud, the painter like a passerby, and reality like a tourist center. Rong Zhibin gazes, breathes, and suffers with his paintbrush.
The pure land exists either in the distance, in one's heart, or at the tip of the brush.
The pure land becomes the direction of living, the irony of reality, the utopia of art.
His choices are subtle and enduring, his techniques are dazzling and direct, his language is sensual and logical, ... In his calculation of oil painting, what matters more than opening the visual neckline is undoing the belt of self-awareness. Vision is the phenomenon, technique is the process of analyzing the phenomenon, and self-awareness is the essence of what is seen.
Thus, there is a lingering logic in his wandering, a rational logic in his fragmented steps, an original intention logic in his wandering, a resistance logic in his solitude, a critical logic in his melancholy ...
He consciously returns to the scene, arguably the apex of atmospheric composition, with a mysterious atmosphere, an eerie atmosphere, a surreal atmosphere. Often, it requires minimal props to convey a continuous sense of transformation and questioning.
He consciously distances himself from aestheticism, embodying the literary and artistic sentiment in human circumstances, quietly unveiling the waterline of reality, slowly licking the true island, salvaging the shimmer of humanity.
He consciously nourishes the liberated, becoming the preservative film of individuality, where sensuality becomes the ultimate enchantment of passion.
He consciously reorganizes experiences, delving deep into the known allure, never claiming to open the door to the unknown.
He consciously restrains lyrical expression, the body merely a vibrant metaphor.
